- Initial fee: €250 (+VAT), non-refundable
- Remaining fee: One week of the candidate’s gross salary, payable after the candidate starts work
- Guarantee: 1 month replacement guarantee
- Fee: €50 + €30 per day commission
- Payment: Full payment upfront, non-refundable

Frequently asked questions
We work on a request-based recruitment model, which means we consider candidates only for active vacancies aligned with employers’ current needs.
We post all current vacancies on Instagram and Facebook. Links to our social media pages are available at the bottom of the website.
Fill in the registration form in order to receive your confirmation and invoice. After receipt of payment we shall select a suitable Nanny based on your requirements. The family may request to contact the suggested nanny in advance.
Payment is made based on an invoice.
For live-in or live-out candidates, the recruitment fee is structured as follows:
• 20% of the candidate’s net monthly salary is paid before the search begins. This amount is non-refundable.
• The remaining 80% of the net monthly salary is paid after the candidate starts work.
For urgent requests, an additional fee of €50 applies, and the service must be paid in full (100%) before the start of recruitment.

You pay for the candidate selection and for the recommendations provided to support the candidate’s official employment. The candidate’s salary is paid directly to the candidate and remains entirely your responsibility.
If you choose to cancel the order, only the 20% advance payment will be retained. For urgent orders, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
Within two weeks, we will present up to three candidates who match your requirements. If a candidate is not suitable and you provide a justified reason, an additional candidate will be offered
